Return and Refund Policy – Love Yourself

At LoveYourself®, we want you to feel happy and confident with your jewellery purchase. Currently, Returns and Refunds are available only for customers in India.

Unfortunately international orders are ineligible for Refunds or Returns.

Please read our return and exchange policy carefully:

Return Window

• Items can be returned within 7 days of delivery.

Exchange Only

• We do not provide refunds.
• Returned items are eligible only for exchange with another product of equal or higher value (price difference, if any, to be borne by the customer).

Unboxing Video Requirement

• A clear unboxing video is mandatory to process any exchange request.
• The video must start before the package is opened and clearly show the condition of the item received.

How to Request an Exchange

• Contact us at Loveyourselforiginal@gmail.com or call/WhatsApp +91 7021967201 within the 7-day return window.
• Once approved, you will receive instructions for returning the product.

Return Shipping

• Customers must ship the item back at their own cost to:
  Presswala Chawl, T-4, near St. Joseph High School, Bandongri, Pushpa Park, Malad East, Mumbai, Maharashtra 400097
• Once we receive and inspect the item, we will ship the exchange item to you at no extra shipping cost.

Conditions for Exchange

• Items must be returned in their original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as received.
• Damaged, worn, or altered items will not be eligible for exchange.
